Hi, I’m Whitney

I see you—feeling unheard, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn for answers about your health.

I see you searching for relief from hormonal imbalances, fatigue, inflammation, or symptoms that never seem to fully resolve.

I see you wanting to feel well in your body again… but not knowing where to start.

It doesn’t have to stay this way.

Years ago, I was exactly where you are: exhausted, frustrated, and determined to find a better path. I struggled with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and debilitating migraines, and conventional care alone wasn’t helping. Through natural medicine, herbal therapy, nutrition, Ayurveda, and lifestyle practices, I completely transformed my health and achieved long-term remission.

That healing journey changed my life — and set the foundation for the work I do today.

What I Do

I help women with chronic hormonal imbalances reduce pain, restore energy, and return to a life of vibrancy, clarity, and balance.

By blending clinical herbalism, holistic nutrition, Ayurveda, functional approaches, and mind-body medicine, I support women experiencing:

  • PMS & cycle irregularities

  • Fatigue & burnout

  • Anxiety & mood changes

  • Infertility & conscious conception

  • Perimenopause & menopause symptoms

  • Digestive issues

  • Autoimmune hormonal conditions

  • Postpartum depletion

My mission is simple.

I apply holistic health and natural medicine to help women with chronic hormonal imbalances reduce pain, restore balance, build a vibrant energy, and live a long, healthy life.

How I Work:

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and deeply holistic. I combine:

  • Clinical herbal formulas carefully custom-designed for your body

  • Ayurvedic therapies for hormonal balance, digestion, and nervous system support

  • Nutrition & lifestyle guidance tailored to your constitution

  • Evidence-informed strategies grounded in research and traditional medicine

  • Mind-body practices to regulate stress, restore resilience, and reconnect you with your inner vitality

Every woman’s story is unique — and so is every treatment plan. My work is about listening deeply, honoring your lived experience, and empowering you with knowledge and practical tools.

My Story & Training

My personal healing journey inspired me to pursue extensive formal education and training in natural and integrative medicine. I hold:

  • M.Sc. in Clinical Herbal Medicine, Maryland University of Integrative Health

  • M.Ed. in Education, Loyola University Maryland

  • B.A. with Honors, Institute of American Indian Arts

  • Licensed Massage Therapist

  • Ayurvedic Practitioner & Educator, with advanced certifications through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association

  • Over 1000 hours of additional training in herbalism, Ayurveda, women’s health, fertility, postpartum care, and traditional Asian medicine

I continue to study with master herbalists, Ayurvedic physicians, and respected mentors to deepen my work each year.

Testimonials

I am a pretty healthy and active person. However, I was feeling run down and getting sick frequently and was hoping for some guidance. I was referred to Whitney and had a great experience. She helped me find routines that were manageable, herbs and supplements that work best for me and offered advice in all areas of life. While I've done natural remedies and kept a "clean" environment for years, she really helped me understand the how and why behind things. After several months together, I was able to really see and feel a difference and get back to being myself again. It was all very practical and easy to continue to maintain. I've also been able to apply aspects to other members of the family who are seeing great results as well. Between appointments, she was always easy to reach through email and happy to answer any additional questions I had. I would highly recommend Whitney's services.

She works wonders!!! After one consultation, I was relieved of gut problems I have had my whole life. 10/10! She changed my life.
-Genai W.

I brought my son to see Whitney for infant massage when he was having colic that was interfering with his sleep. I started seeing improvements immediately, and all symptoms completely resolved within a few weeks. There was the huge added benefit of deepening my connection with my baby. Whitney also provided many, many tools to assist my postpartum recovery. Her support, devotion to her work and her clients, and complete presence helped immensely during this crucial time. She is a gift to this community and I trust and recommend her without hesitation.

Whitney’s step-by-step progression through introducing Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and the science behind them has been perfect for me, giving me time to adapt mindfully to changes. I feel better than I have in my entire adult life, physically, mentally, and emotionally. This has enabled me to work, go to school, play, and devote the time and effort needed to advance my spiritual process. I am currently off of medication for autoimmune disease, have had only rare, short-lived, mild symptoms of fibromyalgia and am experiencing a zest for life that I did not know was possible. Whitney infuses everything she says with joy and reverence, and has even brought nature into our Skype sessions by working from the arboretum!
