Calling all pregnant mothers at any stage of your journey. Come discover the power of this transformative, grace-filled, time-tested practice designed to help support a woman as she experiences the enormous physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that prepare her to welcome a human being into the world.

Join us in a loving community environment for a deeply supportive, nourishing, and joyful Khalsa (Pure) Way Prenatal Yoga class series. Held at a beautiful, child-friendly location over healthy organic tea and cookies.

In addition to being a very safe and supportive practice for all trimesters in pregnancy, I always welcome anyone healing from miscarriage and loss, as well as actively on a path of conscious conception.

PLUS, a donation-based class will be held on Saturday, November 22nd, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm. 100% of the proceeds will go to the local Boys and Girls Club in Harrisonburg, VA.
