Four Seasons Harmony is located in the Ice House Studios, in the same space as The Center Yoga and Breathe Pilates, on the 2nd Floor of the Ice House in Downtown Harrisonburg. Park in the large Farmer's Market free public parking lot directly across from the Ice House, or in the free parking garage on Bruce / Water St. Walk toward the Ice House building toward Rocktown Kitchen, The Yellow Button, Boboko Indonesian Cafe, Hugo Kohl Jewelry, and Black Sheep Coffee by following signs to the Center Yoga and Breathe Pilates. Walk up one of two stairways or the take the elevator to the 2nd floor, then continue to follow the signs until reaching Suite 201. Upon entering, make yourself comfortable on the couches to the right of the front desk and help yourself to tea or water. Whitney will meet you there at your appointment time.
For your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a confidential intake form. Each session includes an opportunity for a brief one-on-one health consultation before the treatment begins in our relaxing atmosphere to optimally customize your treatment and answer any questions.
Ice House Studios is handicap accessible and located within walking distance of James Madison University.
Four Seasons Harmony has a 48 business-hour cancellation policy. This means that Monday appointments would be need to be cancelled by the previous Thursday.
